China’s microblogging service Sina Weibo, sometimes referred to as “China’s Twitter,” has added a partial English-language interface. The move suggests that it could soon be expanding into the US and other English-speaking markets. Sina Weibo currently has more than 400 million registered users, while there may be as few as only 18,000 active Twitter users in China.
