A new study from Adobe, called “State of Create,” found that eight in 10 people believe creativity is critical to economic growth, but only one in four people feel they are living up to their creative potential. Seventy-five percent of respondents said their employers put more pressure on them to be productive than to be creative.  Adobe surveyed adults in the US, UK, France, Germany and Japan.
